We want to thank you for your patience during these challenging times. The health, safety & well-being of our guests and staff are most important to us. We believe the safest way to operate is to treat everyone, including ourselves, as if they could be infected. For this reason, we practice the following guidelines:
- Only customers receiving service will be allowed in The Sewing Shop.
- Treating everyone, including staff, as if they could be infected.
- Masks are mandatory by both customers and staff.
- The customer accessible area is sanitized between customers.
- We provide a Plexi glass protective sneeze guard between the customer and staff at checkout.
- Staff will hand sanitize between customers and we have hand sanitizer available for customers.
- All surfaces within The Sewing Shop will be cleaned throughout the day and a thorough disinfection process will be conducted each morning and evening.
- Our staff will have their temperature taken daily, provide updates on any changes in their health, and will be wearing masks or a face shield at all times.
- For closer contact clothing fitting, staff will wear a mask as well as a plastic face shield and the customer being fitted should be wearing a mask.
- Prior to your service, if you allow us to, your temperature will be taken with our no contact thermometer. This is not required, so if you are uncomfortable with us taking your temperature that is fine.
